RSBC Care Ltd was established in December 2021 and aims to become one of the leading recruitment agencies, building a reputation for a professional, friendly and caring service. Our working principle is grounded on the core values of trustworthiness, reliability and quality of service which is rightful for the clients who partner with us and for the people who are entrusted to us.
We commit to maintaining a pool of competent, well-trained and caring staff across all the services we provide.
We aim to expand and provide staffing support throughout the UK. Currently, our services are delivered within Shropshire and nearby areas outside Shropshire, and in Wales.

OUR STAFF:

We currently provide nurses, care workers, hospital or appointment escorts, one to one care, as well as community carers for housekeeping work, personal shopping, and sleepover/companionship.
Our flexible staffing service is based on the central objective of providing appropriately trained workers in a timely and cost-effective manner, and of a quality consistent with your own staff. We will work closely with you to understand your needs and commit to provide quality service by empowering our own staff with relevant and necessary skills and knowledge through up-to-date trainings and education.

Health Care Assistants
We endeavour to support hospitals, nursing homes, and residential care homes, and soon to private clients in the community by providing competent staff. Our staff are well-trained, DBS checked, fully insured, and Immigration statues verified using UCheck.

Nurses

We endeavour to support hospitals, nursing homes, and care homes with competent.
1. Registered General Nurses (RGNs)
2. Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs)
All our staff are U checked, health screened, well-trained, DBS checked, fully insured, Immigration statues verified using UCheck, PIN numbers verified with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
When our domiciliary is launched, we will also provide person-centred care planning and safe and effective private nursing into the community.
Live in Carer

We cover different disciplines including the following jobs: Housekeeper, Live In or Live out domestic help, Home help Couples.

Live-in home helps helps you live the life you want on your own terms. By getting to know your preferences and routines, we’ll put a unique package of support in place with a carefully chosen staff. Together, we’ll help you stay in the home you know and love.

Here at RSBC Care Ltd, all our live-in help staff they are dedicated. We provide a fully managed service.

Community Carers
​
We supply support workers or community carers. We have enthusiastic and committed individuals on our team who can provide companionship, sleepover, shopping errands, and soon domiciliary care.

We also provide staff for housekeeping work ranging from light domestic tasks to specialised deep cleaning services. Light domestic cleaning in the home may include:

· Home laundry and ironing

· end of Tenancy cleaning

Some positions involve shift work so that people in domiciliary care can be provided with round the clock support. We provide packages of care depending on the client’s needs.
